Bodywhys is currently recruiting face to face support group volunteers in the Sligo area.

What is a Bodywhys support group?

Commitment: Volunteers are required to commit to the service for 2 – 4 hours per month, and a minimum of one year.

Requirements: To be considered for a voluntary position within Bodywhys you must be:

* Over 20 years of age
* A good listener
* Have an ability to empathise with others
* Undergo Garda vetting procedure to gain Garda clearance

Full training and supervision will be provided.
