From February 1st changes have been made to the Bodywhys Helpline to move towards more standardised hours of operation.
The new helpline hours are as follows:

| Tuesday | 10:30-12:30 |
| Wednesday | 19:30-21:30 |
| Thursday | 10:30-12:30 |
| Friday | 10:30-12:30 |
| Sunday | 19:30-21:30 |
