Event details: Connecting Bodies: An Interdisciplinary Symposium on Body Image Research in Ireland

Where: Museum of Irish Literature (MoLI) Dublin.
The Body Image Research Network (BIRN) has been recently established to aid the development of inter-institutional and interdisciplinary collaboration in the area of body image research, with this Symposium inviting researchers, clinicians, educators, policymakers and stakeholders to share their knowledge and experience through panel discussions, group dialogue, flash talk presentations and ample opportunities for networking. *Registration and attendance to this event is completely free, and student participation is encouraged.
As mentioned in the registration form, attendees are invited to partake in the Flash Talk segment; a brief 5-minute introduction to your interests in the body image field, any recent projects you have been involved in, and prospective collaborative opportunities in your discipline. Participation in this presentation is voluntary and not required to attend the Symposium. More information regarding the Flash Talk presentations, as well as the event schedule and keynote speaker profiles will be made available shortly.
