This biennial survey is a vital initiative aimed at comprehensively understanding the lives and experiences of family carers across Ireland who are currently providing care.
Previous reports have played a crucial role in shedding light on the impact of caregiving. They have been instrumental in shaping media narratives, informing evidence submissions to the Government, and influencing decision-makers and policy in diverse areas.
The 2024 survey will remain open for six weeks until March 4th. The survey takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete, and is available here: State of Caring 2024 Survey
