The aim of this research is to understand how therapists’ theoretical approaches, cultural backgrounds, and personal characteristics influence their professional practice. By completing a short sociodemographic survey and the Personal Style Questionnaire (PST-Q), it will help the researchers gather valuable insights that could inform future training programs and improve therapy outcomes across Ireland (for people with an eating disorder).
This study is conducted entirely online and is strictly confidential. It is aimed exclusively at health professionals—e.g., psychologists and psychotherapists—and does not involve any patient evaluation.
Approval for the study has been received by the Ethics Committee from the University of Buenos Aires in September (letter of same can be provided).
