Bodywhys are today launching Bodywhys Youthconnect – a brand new online support service for Under 18s.

The service is an evolution of the existing BodywhysConnect service which has been running successfully since 2003.

YouthConnect will function as an online support group for those affected by eating disorders aged 13-18.

Users can register via youthconnect.bodywhys.ie and will then be able to access weekly support meetings from their own computer.

Meetings will take place on Sundays, with the first meeting this Sunday February 28th from 7:30pm-9pm.

The new service will be formally launched today, February 23rd, at 12:00pm, by John Moloney, T.D., Minister for Equality, Disability & Mental Health, at Buswell’s Hotel, Dublin 2.
